2. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete information required to perform services
Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
Provide timely access to systems, data, and resources necessary for service delivery
Fleet Source Outsourcing shall not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.
3. Payment Terms
Fees will be outlined in the agreed proposal or contract
All invoices must be paid within [X] days of issuance unless otherwise agreed
Late payments may be subject to suspension of services and/or late fees
All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
4. Confidentiality

5. Data Protection & Security
Fleet Source Outsourcing will take reasonable measures to protect Client data. However, the Company shall not be held liable for data breaches caused by third-party platforms, cyberattacks, or factors beyond reasonable control.
6. Intellectual Property
All tools, processes, documentation, and methodologies developed by Fleet Source Outsourcing remain its intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients retain ownership of their own data and materials.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Fleet Source Outsourcing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client in the last [X] months
8. Service Availability
While we strive for uninterrupted service, Fleet Source Outsourcing does not guarantee:
100% uptime
Error-free performance
Temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors.
9. Termination
